By accessing or using VIDEO AI ME ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

VIDEO AI ME provides AI-powered video and photo generation services. The Service allows users to create AI-generated content using uploaded photos and our AI models.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create more than one account to benefit from any free tier. If we believe you are abusing the free tier, we may charge standard fees or terminate access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant VIDEO AI ME a license to process, store, and use it to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Generate content depicting real people without their consent
• Create illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission

6. Fees and Payments

VIDEO AI ME offers paid subscription plans (monthly or yearly) that automatically renew. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate access to digital content and waive the standard 14-day withdrawal period.

Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will apply at your next renewal.

7. Refund Policy

Self-Service Refunds: You may request a refund through your account settings if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

• You have not created an AI actor yet
• You have generated fewer than 2 videos over the lifetime of your account
• You did not sign up using a referral link

If you have used VIDEO AI ME to create actors, generate videos, or signed up via referral, we cannot offer refunds as GPU processing costs are incurred immediately and are non-refundable from our providers.

Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. No refund is provided for the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

VIDEO AI ME and its content, features, and functionality are owned by VIDEO AI ME and protected by intellectual property laws. Generated content may be used by you subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIDEO AI ME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
