Facebook scheduling
Schedule Facebook Reels past the 29-day limit
VIDEO AI ME schedules video posts to your Facebook Page. Connect the Page once, pick a video, generate a caption, then publish now or place it on any future date. There is no 29-day scheduling window, and the same video can go to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube in the same action.

Why not schedule in Meta Business Suite?
Meta Business Suite schedules Page Reels, but only inside a window that opens 20 minutes out and closes at 29 days. Editing a scheduled Reel is limited enough that deleting and rebuilding is usually faster, and nothing outside Meta appears in the calendar.
Facebook is rarely anyone's first platform, so it is the one that quietly goes stale. The video already exists and is already posted elsewhere, but getting it onto the Page means another export, another upload and another caption.
- Twenty-nine days is the ceiling, so a quarterly plan will not fit
- A Facebook Page is required: personal profiles cannot schedule Reels there
- Meta properties only, so TikTok and YouTube stay manual
What are the Facebook video and caption limits?
VIDEO AI ME publishes video posts to a Facebook Page you administer, which covers Reels and standard Page video. Captions have a great deal of room on Facebook, up to 63,206 characters.
| Caption limit | 63,206 characters |
|---|---|
| Maximum video size | 4 GB |
| Maximum video length | 4 hours |
| Accepted formats | MP4, MOV |
| How you connect | One-click login, no password stored |
| After connecting | Choose which Facebook Page to publish as |
These figures mirror the caps Facebook documents and power non-blocking warnings while you write. Facebook makes the final decision when the post is delivered.
What do I get beyond scheduling Facebook posts?
No 29-day ceiling
Place Page video on any future date. Meta Business Suite closes its scheduling window at 29 days, which makes a real quarterly plan impossible there.
The Reel you already made
Facebook is usually the fourth destination for a cut you already published elsewhere. Here it is a checkbox in the same composer rather than a fresh upload.
Pick the right Page
Connecting Facebook ends with choosing which Page you are posting as, so agencies and multi-brand owners never publish to the wrong one.
How do I schedule a video to Facebook?
- 01
Connect Facebook and choose your Page
In Accounts, choose Facebook and approve access with Facebook. You then pick which Page you are connecting, since posts go to a Page rather than a personal profile.
- 02
Select the video
Choose a video from your library or upload one. Vertical cuts publish as Reels, and standard ratios post as Page video.
- 03
Generate the caption
One click drafts the post text. Facebook allows far more room than the short-form platforms, so the generated caption can carry real context rather than a hashtag string.
- 04
Publish, queue or schedule
Post now, use a weekly queue slot, or pick any future date and time in your timezone. Add Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to the same composer to cover them in one action.

Facebook scheduling questions
Direct answers about publishing video to Facebook from VIDEO AI ME.
Can I schedule Facebook Reels more than 29 days ahead?
Yes. VIDEO AI ME places Page video on any future date you choose. The 29-day ceiling is a Meta Business Suite constraint, not a Facebook API one, so scheduling a full quarter of Page content is straightforward here.
Do I need a Facebook Page, or can I post to my profile?
You need a Page. Facebook grants API publishing to Pages rather than personal profiles, so connecting ends with picking which Page you administer. This is the same requirement Meta Business Suite enforces.
Can I manage several Facebook Pages?
Yes, up to your plan limit on connected accounts. Each Page is a separate connection you target independently, so a multi-brand operator can publish different videos to different Pages from one composer.
Can I post the same video to Facebook and Instagram at once?
Yes, and it is the common case. Select both in one composer and publish once. Each keeps its own caption variant, so the Instagram version can carry hashtags while the Facebook version reads as a longer update.
What are the Facebook video limits?
The publisher warns you above roughly 4 GB or four hours of runtime, and accepts MP4 and MOV. These mirror what Facebook documents for Page video. Reels themselves are much shorter, so short-form output is never near the cap.
Can I edit a scheduled Facebook post?
Yes. Scheduled posts stay editable in VIDEO AI ME until they publish: change the caption, swap the video, or move the date. Meta Business Suite is far more restrictive once a Reel is queued.
How many Facebook posts can I schedule at once?
Bulk scheduling takes up to 25 videos per pass, each with its own caption, spread from a start date at intervals from every two hours to one per day, with an optional random offset.
Where do Facebook metrics appear?
In the Performance tab, alongside every other platform. Views, impressions, likes, comments and shares are collected on a daily sync, so expect figures for a new post to land within a day rather than immediately.
Is Facebook publishing included in my plan?
Yes. Every paid plan includes publishing to all 15 platforms, so there is no separate scheduler subscription. Starter connects 2 social accounts, Pro connects 5, and Premium connects 15. Each Facebook account you link counts as one connected account against that number.
Schedule to every other platform too
The same composer publishes to all 15. Facebook is one checkbox among them, not a separate tool.
Make the video, then schedule it everywhere.
Facebook is one of 15 platforms in the same composer. Create once, publish everywhere, and let the calendar run your week.
